1. Overview

In this subprocess, we deal with the Program Implementation subprocess. Implementation -Program Acquisition, Operations and Sustainment, in which constituent projects are initiated through direct assignment or competitive process (e.g., RFP, AO) and their formulation, approval, implementation, integration, operation, and ultimate decommissioning are constantly monitored; the program is adjusted as resources and requirements change. For tightly coupled programs, the implementation phase will coincide with the project life cycle to ensure that the program and all its projects are properly integrated, including proper interface definition and resource allocation across all internal projects and with external programs and organizations.

The entire process library is at Process Library.
